The hotel industry is presently undergoing rapid growth particularly in the luxury category. The international hotel chains are looking to increase their capacity in India in three segments, viz., Hotel and Restaurant, Tour Operators and Travel Industry. The objectives of this program is to develop knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel and Restaurant through:
